諏訪神家族.長野県諏訪市中洲神宮寺を発祥の地とする.諏訪大社上社の摂社であり,長野県諏訪市中洲神宮寺に鎮座する藤島社の森に由来.
建御名方神[諏訪明神]が諏訪において国津神の洩矢神と闘った際,建御名方神[諏訪明神]がが藤を武器として洩矢神を下したと伝わる.この藤が繁茂した地が藤島社という.
家紋は丸に立ち梶の葉など.
