三重県伊賀市長田百田を発祥の地とする.
十二評定衆の百田藤兵衛が百田氏館[百田藤兵衛城]に拠ったことが知られる.天正9[1581]年の第2次天正伊賀の乱において,百田藤兵衛は福喜多将監とともに比自山城に籠城し伊賀衆を指揮したという.この時,朝屋丸は福喜多将監,長田丸は百田藤兵衛が統率.
しかし,織田信雄の大軍の猛攻により敗れ落ち延びた.
家紋は丸に剣片喰など.
