大江氏族[寛政譜].信濃国諏訪郡蘆沢庄を発祥の地とする.大江広元の子で鎌倉幕府の評定衆であった海東忠成[/1265]の孫の海東挙房の子の元忠が信濃国諏訪郡蘆沢庄を領し蘆沢を称したことが始まり.
